Full production line of plastic bags

We provide a full series of machines which could finish the complete production line of plastic film bags, from plastic film blowing, to laminating multi-layers of film together, to rotogravure printing on film, to bag making. All these machines combine a full solution to plastic film. Customers could select to buy a complete line or one special processing machine according to their demands. 

1st step: Plastic Film Blowing *Two in One Model----Blowing and printing machine

Our Film blowing machine could heat-melt plastic materials, extrude liquid materials and blow them into different thickness film, then guide the film, do primitive cutting and rewinding film into rolls. 

2nd step: Film Laminating

Some special bags need double or multi-layers of film to be laminated into one film. Our laminating machine could meet this requirement, which could regularly paint a layer of glue on one film, then heat and laminate two layers of film together. 

3rd step: Film Printing

Rotogravure printing is a very important step for bag making. Most of the bags for packing merchandizes need printing different words, pattern, images. Our film printing machine could in roll print different designs from 1 color to 10 colors. The printing result is clear and very beautiful.

4th step: Plastic Bag Making

These series of machines include many different types of machines to make different styles of bags. The standard bag styles include 2 sides seal bags, 3 sides seal bags, back center sealing bags (pillow type seal).
