JBZ Series Paper cup making machines are mainly composed by 4 parts:
A part: The devices of paper wall conveying, paper wall forming and convey it to B part after forming
  • Automatic and continuously separate and feed paper wall one by one
  • Paper walls are formed on mold which has the complete same size of cup. This guarantee the formed cup walls have accurate specifications.
  • Our standard machine is for one side PE coated paper, which adopts continuous heater tube and copper to seal the paper walls into circle. But for special double sides PE coated paper, this sealing device would be replaced by a ultrasonic sealing device, which could avoid the spoil of another PE coated side.
  • Option: ultrasonic sealing device for double side PE coated cups

B part: The devices of Cup bottom paper convey, cup bottom die-cut and form, connection of cup bottom and cup wall, auto convey of formed cup.
  • Special design to continuous feed paper roll and die-cut  cup bottom
  • Paper walls and cup bottoms are conveyed by two round turntable, connected at the overlap portion of two turntable. This design guarantee the synchronization and accuracy of cup forming.
      
C part: Mainly include the system of cup bottom preheating, Bottom edge-folding, Knurling, and top edge curling
  • The cups are conveyed by a circle of custom-made steel cup molds, which guarantee the shape of cups remain unchanged in the processing steps.
  • At the bottom, there lies preheat mold, edge-folding mold, Knurling mold and top-edge rolling mold. Cups are lowered through them in turn and finish the processing. This design has high performance and simple maintenance.
D part: Control parts and force transmission parts
These parts mainly include motor, frequency inverter, temperature controller, force transmission mechanism and pneumatic elements.
