Cup side-wall forming and sealing
There is a copper cup mold and copper
heating block upside, the specification of cup mold is same as finished
cups. The side-wall paper is feed one by one and curl into a roll on the
copper cup mold, then the heating block lower on its overlap edge and
heat-seal it together. Then the sealed cup walls are taken off from cup
mold and transfer to the turntable 1. This turntable clockwise rotate
to convey cup walls to the overlap place of turntable 1 & 2. |

Die-cutting and forming of cup bottom
At the same time, the paper roll at the back of machine is also continuously
feed, punch circles and bent down their round edge by the cup bottom cutter
system. The formed cup bottoms are clockwise conveyed by turntable 2 to
the overlap position with Turntable 1. |

Transfer cup bottom into sealed side wall
At the overlap portion between Turntable 1 & 2, the cup bottoms are
lifted from Turntable 2 to inner of cup walls by a shaft. |

Pre-heating of cup bottom
The cup walls with bottoms inside are continuously transferred by Turntable
1 to Turntable 3. At their overlap portion, the upside Turntable 3 lower
and take cup walls & bottoms on its steel cup molds. After rising
to its top position, the Turntable 3 clockwise orate to bring cup wall
& paper to pre-heating mold. Then The turntable 3 lower again to make
cup mold insert bottom pre-heating device and heat-seal cup bottoms to
inner side of walls. |

Main heating and bottom edge folding
The turntable repeat rise, rotate and lower to move cups to Main heat
& edge-folding mold. The bottom edges of cup walls are folded up to
cover cup bottom edges. At the same time, its heater sealed them together.

Knurling of inner side of cup bottom
The turntable repeat rise, rotate and lower to transfer cups to Knurling
mold. The inside of bottom edge of cup walls is knurl onto strips
to make the sealed portion of cup bottom stronger. |

Top edge curling
The turntable repeat
rise, rotate and lower to transfer cups to Curling mold. The top edges
of cups are curved into a roll. |

(8)
Feed out and collect of finished paper cups
The turntable repeat rise,
rotate and lower to transfer cups to Turntable 1. The finished cups are
collected and lapped over. Worker could take them off when the quantities
achieve requirement.
