Introduction  
It's a multi-functional, semi-automatic vacuum packaging machine. As long as you press down the vacuum case's lid, the machine will automatically complete in order the presumed processes of vacuum extraction, sealing, cooling and exhaust. The packed products can be prevented from oxidation, molding, moth-eaten or getting damp, thus can be kept fresh in a prolonged storage period..

  • Vacuum Case

Vacuum cases are made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy. After putting into package and close the lid, the air of vacuum case will be extracted out.

  • Air Extracting System

There is a pump in the bottom of the machine, connecting with vacuum case. The pump extracts air of case to separate the packing stuffs from air.

  • Heat Sealing System

Including heat-sealing strip, silica-gel bar and temperature control elements. The heat-sealing strips are located on the two edges of vacuum case; silica-gel bars are on the same place of lid.
   
   
Working Processes

DZQ-600L

  • Pre-setting the vacuum time and heating time. Connecting the power.

  • Open the lid, put packages into vacuum case and place their band smoothly on the silica-gel bar, then put down the lid, so the heat-sealing strips pressed the band on the silica-gel bar tightly.

  • The pump in the machine will extract air of vacuum case out.

  • When the pressure is down enough, the strips begin to heat and melt the band together.

  • At last, the vacuum valve opens, air pure in and finishes the processes.
