SK Series Strapping Machine
   
Introduction
Strapping machine can be used for soft and solid objects packaging such as cardboard boxes, wooden boxes, books and periodicals, and for the packaging of objects in various shapes such as square, tube and ring like thing etc. This machine can be widely used in the light industry, food industry, general articles, printed materials, medicine, post office and telecommunications, chemical and textile industry.

Working Processes

SK-1A series automatic strapping machine

  • Installing the straps on the roller and insert its end to a right position.

  • Turn on the power switch of machine.

  • Turn on the heating switch to pre-heat the heat-melt head for 5-10 minutes.

  • Put the package on the working table, press down strapping switch; this machine would auto wrap the strap on package, tension, heat seal and cut off.

SK Series semi-automatic strapping machine

  • Installing the straps on the roller and insert its end to a right position.

  • Turn on the power switch of machine.

  • Turn on the heating switch to pre-heat the heat-melt head for 5-10 minutes.

  • Putting the package on the working table, pull out some strapping belt to circle it and insert the end into the middle slot of machine.

  • The machine will automatically clamp the end and shrink the belt to tightly strap on the case.

  • After the strap is tightened, the heating block will be heated to melt the two ends of strap together and cut off the spare parts. So the processes of strapping is finished
