• Heating head

There are some far-infrared heating tubes installed on the heating head, which could send out heat to make the skin film soft.

• Working table

There are many little holes on the steel made table which make the vacuum pump could absorb the skin film to tightly cover the paper card.

• Vacuum pump

It's installed in the machine body and connected to the working table.While working, it works to absorb the turning-soft skin film to stick on the paper card.

• Control system

Before launching the machine, you can pre-set the heating tubes' heating time and exhausting time of vacuum pump.Putting the paper card and film on the working table,and turning on the power switch, the machine will automatically finish the processes of heating,absorbing, and cooling.

• Pre-setting the heating time and extracting vacuum time.

• Pre-setting the height of the heating head to make the film could be heated to suitable temperature.

• Putting the paper card on working table with many holes on, placing the articles on paper card, then smoothly cover a layer of film. 

• Putting down the lid to tightly clamp the film and lock up.

• Pressing down the auto packaging button, the heating tubes would be put through the power and begin to heat the film.

• After a few seconds, when the film turns soft, the pump below the paper card would start to extract air to force the film to tightly wrap the articles and stick to paper card.
