Introduction  
HP-180 Paper Packet Printer belong to a type of novel designed semi-automatic color ribbon hot printing machine. It can print labels on the paper packet, such as shoes box, clothing packet, food-stuff box, etc. Having 4 sets of printing wheels, it could print 4 teams of word at the same time. Furthermore, the printing position of 4 sets of wheels can be random adjusted in 5-9mm. The color of the ribbon can be selected according to customer needs. The printed words can be instant dry after printing. This machine can be widely used not only on paper packet, but also on the non-absorbing materials such as plastic film, aluminum foil.

  • Semi-automatic Working Style
    Adopting two teams convex roller device, it could accurately finish the processes of printing, pressing, ribbon step movement. So it has a very stable and reliable performance.

    Having 4 sets of printing wheels, it could print 4 teams of word at the same time. Furthermore, the printing position of each set of wheels can be random adjusted in 5-9mm to fit for different sizes of fonts and boxes.

    Each set of printing wheel has 8 working positions for installation of printing type. When you need change another printing words, you could just rotate relevant wheel axle to make the needed type orientate packet.

    There is a slight-touch switch on alongside of printing base. When the bottom of paper packets touch the switch, the machine automatically begin printing.

 
   
Main Structure [STRUCTURE DIAGRAM]
  • Printing Device
    There are 4 sets of copper printing wheels with heating tubes inside. On the 8 sides of each wheels, there are 8 working position which could install 8 sets of types. While printing, the wheel press down to hot print the words on packet.
  • Control System
    There is a temperature adjust device which makes you can pre-set the heating temperature of printing wheel. On the alongside of the printing base, there is a slight-touch switch, which could control the printing head's movement.
  • Color Ribbon Step Movement Device
    There are two rollers on the top and bottom of machine, which are used to feed and collect the ribbon. When a printing process is finished, the driving device works to collect some ribbon to collection roller
