HP-241/DY-6 Color Ribbon Hot Printing Machine
   
Introduction
The hot printing machine use color ribbon to replace ink printing, it can print on any soft packing materials with clear printing, easy to dry and without sticking on. It's convenient to change printing types. HP-241 is electric driving, can be used independently or combine with the production line. The model HP-6 is hand-pressed, simply and convenient.

HP-241

  • Printing frequency adjusting system Adjusting the knob on the control panel to regulate the printing speed of its printing head to be suitable for operation.

  • Printing height adjusting system To fit for different thickness paper or film, you can adjust the screw to increase or decrease the printing head's height.

  • The temperature of printing head adjusting system There is a heating tube in the printing head. When the machine works, the heating tube heat the printing head to about 100¡æ. So the head can easily press the color ribbon to code on paper or film.

  • Color ribbon step moving system The color ribbon is installed and connected to two rollers. After one time's coding, the roller will automatically roll to move the color ribbon to make its new unprinted area orientate the printing head.

 
Working Processes  

  • Connecting the machine to the power and pre-setting the heating temperature.

  • Turning on the heating switch to pre-heat the printing head.

  • Adjusting the height of printing head to fit for printed materials.

  • Appropriately placing the printed paper or film under the printing head.

  • Turning on the printing switch (for HP-280) or pressing down the head by hand (for DY-6), the printing head will press the color ribbon on the printed materials and code the words on.

  • For HP-280, you can pre-set the printing frequency. Then the machine will automatically continuously print in this frequency. What you should do is just continuously feeding the paper or film.
