| Introduction

| FRM-980 series
sealing machine can be divided into various models according to different
usages, among them FRM-980 & FRM-1100 automatic ink coding sealer can
print the desired labels simultaneously while sealing. The words printed
are legible. The colors are selectable and uneasy to fade. It goes dry
very soon after printing. It's convenient to change the characters. It
can be printed R model two lines of No.4 words (PT18), three lines of
No.5 words (PT10.5), can seal horizontally or vertically and also can
install on horse. FRQ-980C continuous aeration sealer can be used to protect
the delicate stuffs or expanded food by filling gas into the bags to make
them plump with very high efficiency. |

High Efficiency
The machines could finish the processes
of sealing, cooling, pattern pressing continuously. The sealing length
is unlimited. You can put into another film band right now, needn't wait
for the forward one to finish production.

Printing System
It adopts the patent technology
of solid ink wheel. The printed words are legible and fast dry. There
are several colors to be selected, such as red, yellow, blue, white, black
and green.

There is a motor at the
left end of the table. The speed of motor's rotating is same as that
of conveying wheel. When sealing the plastic band, put the package
on the right end of this table. So the conveying belt take the package
go with the sealing band in the same speed.
The heating system includes
a pair of heating block and temperature control instrument. The control
instrument helps the heating block to keep the selected temperature.
When the blocks are too cool, it automatically heats the blocks.
It adopts natural cooling
method. There are many holes on the cooling blocks to raise the speed
of heat's emitting. When the hot band contact metal blocks, its heat
would be transmitted quickly.
There are two sets
of wheel. They are connected with a motor. When the sealing band goes
into the entrance, they clamp and push it forward.
It includes a steel
wheel with patterns and a rubber wheel. When the sealed band pass
between them, it is clamps tightly and press on patterns.
It includes ink wheel,
heating block of ink wheel, printing wheel. Being heated by the block,
the ink of the inker infiltrate out and dye on the printing wheel.
When the cooled band pass between printing wheel and rubber wheel,
the words are printed on it.

| Working
Processes |

When
the package band is sent to the entrance, it is right away clamped
by the belt between the two sets of rollers, then conveyed to the
heating blocks. Under high temperature, the plastic band melts together.
