FR-800 series continuous band sealer
   
Introduction  
This series machine is suitable for small bags' packaging and it adopts electronic Constant Temperature mechanism and step less speed adjusting transmission mechanism. It can seal plastic films of various materials and can print labels on them in the same time. If necessary, counter can be fixed on it as well.

The machines could finish the processes of sealing, cooling, pattern pressing continuously. The sealing length is unlimited. You can put into another film band right now, needn't wait for the forward one to finish production.

Conveyor Table
There is a motor at the left end of the table. The speed of motor's rotating is same as that of conveying wheel. When sealing the plastic band, put the package on the right end of this table. So the conveying belt take the package go with the sealing band in the same speed.
Heating System
The heating system includes a pair of heating block and temperature control instrument. The control instruments help the heating block to keep the selected temperature. When the blocks are too cool, it automatically heat the blocks.
Cooling Block
It adopts natural cooling method. There are many holes on the cooling blocks to raise the speed of heat's emitting. When the hot band contact metal blocks, its heat would be transmitted quickly.
Driving System
There are two sets of wheel. They are connected with a motor. When the sealing band goes into the entrance, they clamp and push it forward.
   
Working Processes  

  • When the power supply has been put through, electronic heating elements produce heat, which raise the temperature of both the upper and the bottom blocks to selected degree.

  • When the package band is sent to the entrance, it is right away clamped by the belt between the two sets of rollers, then conveyed to the heating blocks. Under high temperature, the plastic band melts together.

  • Then the band is conveyed to the cooling blocks. Being clamped tightly by the blocks, it keeps smooth during cooling procedure.

  • Then the band is conveyed to the pattern-pressing roller and pressed on strip or net shape pattern or words.

  • At last it is automatically pushed out by the driving roller to finish its production.
