JMV/JML Series Colloid Mill
Introduction  
According to different connect mode, our colloid mills are divided into two kinds: Direct connect type and Split Type. Each type has several specifications. It can be widely used in the fields of food, medicine, chemical industry and daily-used articles. Colloid Mill 's working principal is as follows: Effected by centrifugal force, fluid state or half-fluid-state materials pass through stator and rotor forcibly, which are moving in relative high speed. During such process, the materials are cut, rubbed and high-frequency shaken to go on smashing, emulsifying, homogenizing, dispersing and mixing, at last become satisfied subtle materials.

Powerful Smashing Capacity Among all the mills, the smashing capacity of colloid mill is the most powerful one. It can even smash the articles into minimum 2 micron
JMV split type
High Efficiency With the powerful motor and reasonable designs, the colloid mill can work in very high efficiency with output capacity amount to max. 4 tons/hour.
Very Wide Application Range Because of its high capability, they can be widely used in food stuff, medicine, and chemical industry.
 
Main Structure  
Our colloid mills can be divided into two kinds, one is JML series directly connect type, the other is JMV series split type colloid mill.  
Hopper
It's used to fill the articles for milling. There is cycle canal to guarantee the performance of mills.
 
Motor
Our colloid mills have normally a powerful motor (Max. 11KW) to guarantee smashing articles into very things.
 
Processing Room
There is a fixing roller and a rotating roller in the room with many small vanes on their surface. The processing room is airproof when working to keep the high temperature and high pressure. In such environment, the articles are smashed emulsified, and homogenized into required size.
