MY-8

MY series dry-ink coding machine can print labels on paper, plastics, aluminum foil etc. Model MY-8 is specially designed to work with the FR-800 series continuous band sealer. Colors are selectable. Printing is clear and colorfast.

Main Featurers

Continuous printing, auto feeding device, make it could work in high efficiency.

MY-9

It adopts the patent technology of dry-ink wheel. The printed words are legible and fast dry.

There are several colors to be selected, such as red, yellow, blue, white, black and green.

We adopt the imported dry ink roller from U.S.A, their quality is very good and can print about 200,000 times per pc.

Its printing technique and structure are same as the printing system of FRM-980 series, including: dry-ink roller and its heating block, printing roller, rubber roller.

Working Processes

When the power supply has been put through, heating block produce high heat, which raise the temperature of the ink wheel to make ink filtrate out and dye on the printing wheel.

When the sealed band passes between the printing wheel and rubber wheel, it is printed on color words.

At last it is automatically pushed out by the driving wheels to finish its production.
