DXDL-500 Series Liquid Automatic Form Fill Seal Machine

Introduction:

This machine is widely used to pack liquids of low or high viscosity such as milk, bean juice, beverages, soy, sauce, vinegar and wine. It can automatically sterilize the film with ultraviolet radiation, form the bag, print the code, precisely fill the products and seal&cut at one time. Model: DXDL-500 and DXDL-1000 used single layer PE film as packing material, can use color printed compound film such as PAPER/PE, OPP/PE, PET/PE to present more attractive packing.

Main Features:

All the packing processes are fully automatic
Launching the machine, it will automatically finish the processes of film bags forming, articles filling, bags sealing and cutting off. The bags after packaging will auto drop from the bag-out mouth.
Easy Operation
This machine's control system is designed to facilitate operators. What you should do before launching machines is just loading the packing articles in funnel and installing the film roller on bracket, pre-set the packing speed and sealing temperature.
Wide Adjustable Packing Sizes
The packing sizes of bags can be adjusted in wide range to maximum fit difference requirements of customers. We can also specially make according to customers' requests.
