| The DXD series Automatic Packing Machine is designed and manufactured according to advanced science and technology in the world. Launching the machine, it will automatically finish the processes of film bags forming, articles filling, bags sealing and cutting off. The bags after packaging will auto drop from the bag-out mouth.
This machine's control system is designed to facilitate operators. What you should do before launching machines is just loading the packing articles in funnel and installing the film roller on bracket, pre-set the packing speed and sealing temperature.
The packing sizes of bags can be adjusted in wide range to maximum fit difference requirements of customers. We can also specially made according to customers' requests.

This system controls the volume of filling articles. Most of the models ration filling by controlling the volume of articles, except model DXDP-40 tablet packing machine, which is ration filling by controlling the quantity of tablets
The end of film roll is clamped by a driving roller. While working, the roller rolls to pull down the film cross a filler like device, so the film is roll into a ring for sealing.
There are two sets of copper heating block, each set has two pcs. When the rolled film is pulled to right place, the blocks heat to seal its horizontal, and vertical side.
